Nightly Rates

$55-$60 + tax (Includes water, sewer, electric, wifi)

Our daily / Weekly rates are based on two (2) people and 1 RV per RV site. Extra fees will apply for additional person(s) with a maximum of 5 people per site. Kids 5 and under are free, 6-17 yrs. are $3.00 per person, per night, 18 yrs. and up are $5.00 per person, per night. If you wish to reserve your favorite site, there is a $15 lock-in fee to secure it.

Weekly Rates

$275-$300 + tax (Includes water, sewer, electric, wifi)

Our daily / Weekly rates are based on two (2) people and 1 RV per RV site. Extra fees will apply for additional person(s) with a maximum of 5 people per site. Kids 5 and under are free, 6-17 yrs. are $3.00 per person, per night, 18 yrs. and up are $5.00 per person, per night. If you wish to reserve your favorite site, there is a $15 lock-in fee to secure it.

$650 + tax + electric usage (Includes water, sewer, wifi) *An electric deposit of $150 to be paid at the time of booking*

Our monthly rates are based on two (2) people and 1 RV per RV site. Extra fees apply for additional person(s) with a maximum of 5 people per site. Kids 5 and under are free, 6 -17 yrs. $50 per person, per month, 18 yrs and up are $100.00 per person per month.
